About the event
Before the Moon Falls Directed by Kimberlee Bassford is a powerful short film, eight years in the making that follows the life and work of Samoa’s celebrated writer Papali’i Sia Figiel. The film offers a moving and thought provoking look at her creative journey and the tragic events that revealed the deep struggles of mental health within samoan and pasefika communities.
We are offering FREE TICKETS for Samoan/Pasefika youth ages 15–24 in San Diego County.
